10 Stars! My 92 year old mother's refrigerator went up this weekend. We called this company and within a few hours Ed came out. He had been there a few years ago - so my mom was very happy and comfortable with him. He swiftly diagnosed the problem and explained it extremely well. He got her fridge working and ordered the part. The next day..Monday...they drove to Bethesda and picked up the part - installed it by noon. Eddie is the BEST!! When Eddie installed my heat pump 4 yrs ago, he gave me the best price on a unit and was super professional during the install. This morning I called Eddie bc my thermostat was off and the heat pump was not working. He now has an emergency number! yay! and he was able to walk me through a series of dx tests. We figured out that the water safety valve needed to be reset (I bumped it last night), and within a few mins, my thermostat and heat pump are now working great again!
