Sent quote request for replacement roof via phone and their website based on a family recommendation but received only a system auto response but nothing more. Sent follow-up e-mail about a week later asking that they at least respond, even if not interested, so I could move on to other possible contractors. Again, no response. Assuming this might be indicative of their overall work ethic, I contacted three other roofing contractors for quotes and hired one of them.
