I had the ceramic tint done on my car. It didn't come out perfect the first time but they happily re-did it with out any complaints or hassle. Herman and Jesus are professional and friendly.

I paid $500 for a ceramic coating and they didn’t even clean it. They didn’t even open doors or trunk to clean in between. The inside wasn’t clean either. Water was suppose to roll off, when I washed it after and it doesn’t. I message them and sent them pictures they said to bring it. I made appt and then they cancelled. They then wanted me to go on a day it rained here in El Paso, and I told them it’s suppose to rain and they responded, oh no, we are just cleaning what we didn’t clean. Weeks later. My car is 13 yrs old. After the detailing it looks brand new. They got all the scratches out and the headlights are clear again. They took eight hours to do the detailing. I couldn’t be happier!

This was one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. The vehicle was not detailed on the inside, the tires and rims were not cleaned and to top it all off there are white steaks running down the car because it rained the next day. I spoke with Herman and they were going to correct it; however, now no one is responding to messages (phone or text). I had even sent pictures and nothing. A lot of money for a horrible job!
