I took work off to be home for our scheduled appointment for chimney cleaning and no one showed up. I called the office and they said that their technician left work early, multiple jobs were affected and they didn’t call me to let me know that my appointment was cancelled. They fixed a few broken bricks, swept and examined our chimney, and made sure the gas fireplace was secure and operational.
