I scheduled an appointment, and they promised to be here at a certain time. Not only did they show up late, but they didn’t even bother to call or update me. When they finally arrived, they acted like it was no big deal. If you value your time, find someone else.
The plumber fixed the leak, but my house looked like a disaster when they left. Dirty footprints everywhere, tools left lying around, and they didn’t even bother to clean up after themselves. A little professionalism and respect for a customer’s home would go a long way.
I hired this plumber thinking they were professionals, but I was completely wrong. They overcharged me for a simple repair, and within a week, the same issue came back. When I called them, they wanted to charge me again to fix their own mistake. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
Called this company for a plumbing issue, and they gave me a time window but never showed up. No call, no update, nothing. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend.
Customer service was awful. The plumber had a bad attitude the entire time, acting like I was bothering him with my questions. When I asked for an estimate before the work, he was dismissive and gave a vague answer. No one should have to deal with rude service when paying for a professional.
