I had a toilet that seemed to be having trouble after the flush. You could hear a gurgling noise coming out of the tub drain next to it. Finally, this morning, water started coming out of the tub drain. I used a plunger but that just seemed to make it worse. The plumber I've used before went out of business but recommended Thomas. He said this guy is good and knows what he's doing and he'd be surprised if I didn't like him. Certainly your best bet in Houston and surroundings. Thomas provided outstanding service from start to finish. He quickly pinpointed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and Thomas was always punctual, courteous, and very kind. A great experience.
