Have been going to Stacy for three years now and have never had a problem. I paid over $300 and Stacy has still not filed my taxes. We have called and message with no answer. We even went as far as making an appointment to speak to her but she never showed up twice.
WARNING: DO NOT TRUST this business with your personal and financial information. After being referred here, we provided Regina with all of our tax documents in April. It is now June & our tax returns have still not been filed, and our original documents have not been returned. Repeated attempts to contact Regina by phone, email, and text have gone unanswered. PLEASE PLEASE read reviews before coming to this place!! We decided to come here after being recommended by a co worker. But this is by far the worst tax place and experience of my life. Regina took all my information and the information of my 20yr daughter and ex and kept all our W-2. TOOK my money to file taxes and has not filed taxes since March does not answer calls, texts or emails. Scammed me out of 375$. First n last time.
I been trying to get a hold of Tracy for a copy of my 2023 taxes and it seems like im just being avoided. She entered my solar incorrectly and I cant continue to file without all the documents and proper corrections. This is frustrating!
