I absolutely love Marcus but hates that he works for a terrible company...I've been seen by Dr. Jones for almost 3 years and today because I was at work she is not able to assist me because I'm in VA. I was already out the door but Dr. Jones and Marcus kept me there. I was able to find a therapist outside of All that's therapeutic after being on a wait list for over a year...now I guess I'm looking for another psychotherapist to continue my medication. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy
I was with them for at least 2 years. I waited 2 years to get assigned a therapist! And I get a letter that was sent to a address I no longer resided in saying they would no longer serve me because they where unable to find me a therapist. I had been let them know that I didn’t live there for the time being and was away for school and to send any letter to my schools address which I provided and they did not. This office is horrible! They honestly do not care about there patients.
It’s been about 3 months and the only time someone got in contact with me was to get my information to put in the system and the starter interview. Even after contacting them twice to say no one has contacted me as of yet, still nothing.. no sessions, no calls, nothing.
