I’ve been using these folks for two big projects! The customers service is unmatched! So helpful on every aspect. Had one damaged piece , called them and like magic a new piece showed up the very next morning! All the employees are great and Heidi and Andrew in the front office are awesome!
They send you pieces cut short and just tell you it's okay cover it with something else. This is not acceptable. Find someone that will deliver the measurements you requested and not whatever they decide.
Simply the best experience start to finish I've ever had buying any product let alone metal. Thanks to Andrew and his team! Most places don't like small home projects type of sales, but they took care of me just like I was a large contractor.
