Customer service is non-existent. Does not own their responsibility in anything. I do business with those I trust and who value their customers. It’s how you respond in a difficult situation that proves the kind of business that you are. It’s easy to be friendly when you’re making sales, but the true test is when you need to step up and make a wrong a right. Needless to say, the trust has been lost.
Bought a pistol here and that was a good transaction. Tried to get a ring sized that I bought at Portland store. Dropped it off last sunday, didnt recieve a call all week and went in today and guess what? Not done and no guarantee when it would be done. Epic fail. Sorry, won't be back to this location.
