These ladies go above and beyond for their brides to be! I found my dream dress, a lovely Sophia Tolli gown from their latest trunk show. They worked with my budget, style and even my opinionated family. It was the first and last store I shopped at! You just don't find that kind of personal, professional, welcoming service very often. The atmosphere was wonderful and they try their very best to make you feel like a princess with absolutely no pressure. LOVE this place!!
Made an appointment here (they're now located in Bells Corners) after seeing them at the recent bridal show! The girls in the store were absolutely lovely, but the dress selection was not all that (for me personally, anyway), and at the end of my appointment they told me they would "cry" if I did not buy the dress - trying to guilt trip me into making a purchase? It was even mentioned in very hushed tones that the owner would give me $100 off if I bought the dress right then and there. Felt like I was buying a used car, not ... read more
DO NOT GO HERE! I couldn't believe the horrible service I had received here. Made an APP. to Try on a Bridesmaid dress - walk in the door. Was not greeted. Had to explain who I was, what dress I was looking for..... very uninviting. She grabs the dress which was a size small ( could have mentioned that to me on the phone ) and tells me " You can't try it on you will rip it " ... Ummmm excuse me lady?
