i called in on some stuff i put on lay away and told them i had covid and couldnt come in tell monday and the girl said okay i went in on monday and they said they put it all back when i asked what happens now they said they take 33% to put the stuff back and then said i didnt get any back and i has paid over 900 cash on the 3 things and not to get a cent back is bull js
HORRIBLE PLACE/ENVIRONMENT Never feels good going into a pawn shop to sell off your jewelry for beyond super cheap...and this place does nothing to make you feel better. Its dark, dreary, creepy with weird people standing around, and you feel like a number at the DMV trying to convince someone you know what you're talking about and what you deserve. Sits on a corner of a busy intersection and the only thing pretty about this place is the flashy billboard sign out front and the jewelry you practically gave away.
All That Glitters This is your typical pawn and loan shop. Nothing great here except hawking stuff and paying a bad price to get it back. I wouldn't recommend, but if you have to pawn, this is about as clean as it gets.
This place is bad don't buy diamond rings from here ..I bought two and brought them in on a regular basis for cleaning and checked out ..until one time I brought them in , one ring to be fixed the other to be cleaned and they told me they were fake..bullshit..they treated my girlfriend like a theif and they are the ones who sold me the fake ring. They are predatory lenders,I was told I had til the end of the month to get my mother’s jewelry and went in today and they had sold all of it...... omg!! That’s all I had left..... WHAT A BUNCH OF MONSTERS!

You were given the amount of time set forth by the state, we even held it 12 days longer than that. We were able to return one of your pieces to you. No where on your contract did it state you had until the end of the month. Im very sorry this was your take away from your business with us.
You buy stolen items. A ex friend sold all the items she stole from me and her family. She looked like a junkie and you would know she didn't own these items , but you still bought her stolen items. She admitted to me she sold all the stolen stuff there. It seems they ignore the obvious.
This is a very friendly place. Very helpful.
I have been coming here for 19 years, the staff is very friendly, and Anthony knows his coins! He help me pick out a wedding band! It was a out of the ballpark! And Jackie is the sweetest manager ever!
