The ABSOLUTE worst excuse for an insurance company, and that’s me being nice. In 2019 a new car was requested to be added to the policy, and additionally, full coverage was requested to be removed from a seperate older vehicle that was garaged and planning to be sold. They incorrectly removed full coverage from my vehicle, the WRONG vehicle on the policy, leaving me driving around, for two years unknowingly having zero comprehensive and collision coverage for my vehicle. This place has been good to me for years!! Besides aaaalll the money I SAVE here, they always have a sense of urgency and genuine helpfulness. They are personable and friendly to everyone that walks in the door... never fails! They're fast and accurate with new vehicle purchases and always there for me when I have any issues... Me being so unorganized I'm sure isn't the most pleasant but Courtney and Noelli specifically have had to handle my accounts and like I said, they never make me feel at all like an inconvenience. The worst customer service and never provide what the said. I do not recommend that at ALL. There staff lack the not knowledge to perform there job and the owner as no clue! They even lost my coverage because they can't even manage there paperwork and Place is a miss
