Purchased a roof rack and got installed only to be the wrong one. 4 months later is falls off my roof due to coming lose and losing 1 bracket because of their rush job and not tightening it (apparently that was my job, I never got told to do it nor how to and why should I NOT MY JOB). Went in and seen them they told me they would order 1 bracket to fix the issue, Took it back for reinstallation only for them to charge us full price for 4 brackets and their stuff up. Will never use this company again.
