Bad service ! My refrigerator not cold and show 2 error codeI called them up they come out don’t look at the code , they just cleaning on the condenser but condenser I just cleaned day before ! They said done it fix Then change $180 but the code still flashing and not cold . Then I call them back they said no technician available have to wait for 2 weeks and need to order 2 parts cost $ 1325 it looks like the new one! I call someone else they come and fix it for $160 !!! I recommend Don’t ever call this place
Wow, do not use this company! Bait and switch. Had them come out to repair a commerical fridge. Tech was not expierenced, no clue. Told him the unit only needed charging, he said he had to do different test to see what the problem was, I already told him. He then proceeded to blow out the condensor for cleaning. It was clean nothing came out, told him. He than began playing with the switches, again not the problem. After 2 hours doing nothing he decided to check the gas. He then told me it was low and he was going to fill it... read more
Excellent service, fast and on point of schedule Time.
Just wasted over a hundred bucks to be told a bunch of nothing. The tech spent 5 minutes looking at it & recommended that I call GE. Enjoy my down payment for nothing!!!! I want my money back.
