I lost the remotes to my gate and called All Tech to purchase new remotes. I was initially impressed, as Kala was very personable and got someone out that same day to look at my gate. Unfortunately, it went down from there. I waited days w/o hearing back from anyone. When I followed up, I was informed that the rep who came out was on vacay and took his notes with him.
