After already being stuck in Albany for a week waiting for our new part, our van was still not working properly. We took her in very late notice and were pleasantly surprised to find they were happy to take her in and fixed her up! And that they did!! Very grateful for their friendliness and hard work to get us back on our road trip again!! Many many thanks to the team. They are the peoples people for sure!!
Neville & his staff did a service on my Ram & also confirmed my fuel pump was crook. After a few phone calls by both of us, he ordered the pump & within a couple of days it arrived, booked me in for the following Friday & all was fixed, that what we thought. A problem with putting fuel into the tank & a small breather hose was pinched which he fixed the following Monday. I would highly recommend Neville & his business to anyone who needs excellent service, competitive prices & a good around bloke.

Absolutely worse place to take a vehicle. Rude owner. Takes advantage of older customers charging $$ & not fixing the problem. If you ask questions or ask why you have had to call a tow truck for a 3rd time after these idiots have had you're vehicle, he gets on the defensive. Still won't address the problem. Stay away. Plenty of other places.
