Working with Jackie has been irritating and unhelpful. We had her help us back in 2020 with the understanding she would work on a Trust. She did the basics and has not helped since. I have asked multiple times for her to help draft new documents, and she keeps pushing it to other companies or persons. When I let her know that the people she says to draft the paperwork cannot, she repeats that someone else has to.
