These guys showed up and did their job as discussed and were awesome to have work with. Will be using them again for future projects on the house.
The customer service after the install is sorely lacking with this company. We got some rain after the furnace was installed and by chance I noticed a puddle on my newly installed hardwood flooring. It was leaking from the furnace exhaust pipe on the roof. I called Adrian and he said someone will be over to take a look in the morning, that was 6 days ago and nothing, Rain and snow in the forecast so I am going up on the roof to do it myself.
