Rick and his workers are like HVAC paramedics. Here’s what happened, a previous company installed a mini-split system which not only didn’t provide adequete air conditioning, but water leaked from the units damaging our walls. Heat didn’t work at all when temperatures fell below freezing. Rick and his people repaired the myriad of leaks in the air conditioning system (so the air now works great), and since the units installed would never provide adequate heat for Chicago, he simply installed a furnace.
