Poppy was very helpful and managed the liaison between All Swim and their supplier. First class service.
I ordered from All Swim previously and had a great experience. Very quick delivery, great email comms. I ordered again but after paying over £8 for delivery I did not get next day or even 3 working day delivery. I contacted them to ask for a refund as I had driven elsewhere for the product and they immediately gave me a refund and cancelled the order, offered an apology for letting me down.
