We recently purchased a Streamline endless pool from All swim. As a major purchase we were cautiously apprehensive, but there was no need. From the initial trial swim in the showroom to the completion of the installation, Jane kept us informed at all stages. We have recently purchased a new Pool liner and Underlay Wall and Floor kit, we dealt initially with a lovely young lady called Poppy who was very helpful and friendly, she introduced us to a couple of fitters, we chose a gentleman called Roger Dunston, who was very professional in his workmanship which we would highly recommend. We required a number of additional items for the refit, thankfully Allswim had everything on hand which assisted in the refit being a very smooth process. Mark & Sue Small
Struggled with pool colour after vacation return over bank holiday. Shock and Ph balance did little to improve. Called in at All Swim, young lady on reception desk quickly briefs me on where I was going wrong, identified the products required and selected the best sized units considering where we are in the season. Great service, great knowledge and a smile to go with it. What’s not to love. 24 hours later we were swimming again! Business done properly. Thank you !
