Do not rent through this company if you accidentally have a little dust in your house. Emma complains about anything if your house is clean and tidy and your rent is paid and all bills paid before due date wouldn't you think that is a good tenant? She also seems to be a little racist towards Aboriginal people she also has no compassion for women who have mental health issues and post natal depression. Emma has been my property manager for around 2 months now, and I’m disgusted with the way she treats me and blames me for damages to the house I didn’t cause. Wouldn’t recommend renting through these guys.
Emma and Barbara in the rental department have been truly amazing in helping me find a unit that I'm happy with. It was only by chance that I stopped by their office after selling my house and having my planned accommodation cancelled at the last minute. Now I am very fortunate to have them as my rental agents. Emma and Barbara's approach is very professional and straight down the line. Do the right thing by them and they'll go out of their way to assist you. It's 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
