Very helpful and nice. I know absolutely nothing about yarn but am trying to learn how to crochet with my mum over Skype. I basically went in and said I have no idea what any of this means (what yarn the pattern called for.) And the gentleman helped me out. Will be going back.
Such knowledgeable staff! Even if they didn't have quite what I was looking for I had a wonderful chat with the staff and I'm eager to shop there when I have projects that fit what is available there. :)

Such a beautiful shop! I went in to purchase some yarn for my mother-in-law, and the owner of the store was incredibly helpful given my lack of knowledge. There is a great variety of yarn and it is all so beautiful. Cannot wait to visit again!
