I hate writing negative reviews — I almost always leave five-star ratings for businesses — but we had a genuinely horrible experience during the month we stored our belongings here between selling our old home and closing on our new one. The initial process was easy, and Eric was great on move-in day. He did show us open insulation hanging from the ceiling and said it would be repaired soon.
