I have stored my things for at least 7 years now. It’s a safe, clean air conditioned storage which withstood all the major hurricanes in the last 3 years, Ian and Helene being the biggest without any losses! The staff is courteous! I would recommend them to everybody! Thank you

My access code stopped working a little over 2 weeks ago. I have sent messages via the All Steel website stating that I need my entry code reset witn no responses. I have called the listed phone number that rings and then goes to what seems to be a fax machine tones. There is no way to leave a message. I have also talked with the person at the storage unit on 3/6 in the early afternoon and gave him my account number and unit number and was told I would be contacted in a 1/2 hour. I know it’s cheesy, but I’ve never had a “favorite” storage before this one. For some reason my paycheck always clears /right after/ my autopay hits but they’ve always been so understanding and helpful to clear up my mess, I really appreciate them and I feel like they really understand common folks. It’s a tough world out there these days and I’m just glad I have one less thing stress about. Thank you guys, really.
