I hate writing negative reviews — I almost always leave five-star ratings for businesses — but we had a genuinely horrible experience during the month we stored our belongings here between selling our old home and closing on our new one. The initial process was easy, and Eric was great on move-in day. He did show us open insulation hanging from the ceiling and said it would be repaired soon. Easy to use and easy to access.
All Steel Storage has great units! The large opening to my unit made for easy access for larger items. The temperature is always just right and it is a clean facility!
I’ve been storing my things at all Steel for almost 9years now! I feel the keep my things safe! I have never had a problem with them!
