I purchased a vehicle in FL from out of state. Per Tax law, it was an exempt purchase and I should have been able to register and pay my state. They forced me to let them handle my title and registration. Apparently my state tax and registration wasn’t even filed until day 28 after purchase. They had the registration send to the dealer and I still don’t have it. GA required my vehicle to be tagged within 30 days, subject to fines. The dealer has been unresponsive for days.
