Called Brad to book our caravan in as we had 2 faults. He gave excellent advice on the phone which helped us resolve the problem without going in. Top class old fashioned service.
Quick appointment and free advice... Brad squeezed my car in to look at the aircon. He checked it over and advised what was needed and where best to go given there was a specialist Land Rover mechanic in town. Thanks
I rang Brad and asked if I could bring our caravan around as one wheel was getting hot / locking up. I had no appointment, but he said he would look at it. He knew his stuff, and lucky for me it turned out to be an easy fix. The problem solved within 5-10 min, and he did to free of charge. Good old fashioned country service. Thanks Brad.
Brad is a friendly and honest mechanic. We brought the car for a service and he did a great job, he even polished the lights and made the tires shine. Also, he gave us clear information on what to expect on the next service. The only thing that we are not happy about is that he took off a OB1 sticker in the back of the car and replaced it with his own, not cool but ok.
So grateful for Brad's service! Despite his busy schedule, he helped me out at short notice when I drove by.
