Tracy is the best! I come in because my tire light comes on. I think I'll have to buy a new tire, maybe two, but she explains the issue, makes the fix, and does not try to sell me a new tire if it's unnecessary. She has saved me money and angst since I commute from Wolcott to Hartford daily. I appreciate and trust her.
Wouldn’t recommend getting an alignment here. Had no problem taking my money, and giving me a sheet claiming the adjustment truck, however the wheels still had wayyy too much toe out angle. After further diagnosis, the adjustment sleeve had not even been touched, yet they showed an adjustment on the paper. Will not be back.
Great tire shop. Always treated me right.

My dashboard was indicating that I was losing air in my tire so naturally I assumed I needed a new tire. I went to Pep Boys, they looked and wanted to charge me $250. I went to Monro and they wanted to charge me $155. I came here and they were like, "You have a nail in your tire. We'll patch it for $40." They were fast, professional, and kind. I'll be going back.
