Did damage I used All State Plumbing to repair 3 toilets. They used standarized pricing which was expensive. After discussing it with the plumber for a few minutes the plumber decided it could be done for less if he chose different selections from his pricing book ( still very subjective even if they have a pricing book). This was really a 2 person job since the plumber seemed to be exhausted by the time he got to the third toilet. He scratched the porcelain and did a sloppy and incomplete job of caulking.
