Had Sod replaced and yard leveled. 2 of my sprinkler heads were buried over a foot under the ground even though I marked them for the crew. When I found out a week Later I was told “you said you would get us extenders for the sprinkler heads”. I NEVER said that and even if I did… why wouldn’t you warn the customer the day of the install? Instead you buried it and costed me $300 worth of damage. I was told they would come back to take care of it as I added some other work to the job.
