Jim was very friendly, honest, thorough and courteous throughout the process of getting a generator transfer switch installed. Just a few days later I lost power and it made my life a lot easier. I will use again.

Our retail location lost power to its ceiling lights on Saturday. One call and 40 minutes later, we were back up and running. Could not recommend these guys more! 10/10 Thank you so much for everything

The reason I am sharing this review is because I DID NOT need to use him when I called. I told him about the problem I had and he knew what was causing it. He had me snap 3 pictures and send it to him. He viewed them and told me that it was something that my husband and I could fix. He walked us through the entire (and simple) process. Many places would do anything to get into your house to make money, but this place just wanted to make sure it was handled. Jim’s speedy service was outstanding! I called, he came, assessed, found and fixed the issue within an hour! Amazing! Extremely reasonable and I highly recommend All State Electric!
