Jim is a great guy. Smart and kind. I called because i powered a space heater in my garage and i knew something tripped so my freezer and garage door stopped working. Called Jim and he walked me through all possible GFCI locations around the house. I ended up finding mine in the basement with the verizon modem plugged into it. I was getting hasty and asked him to come but Jim was kind enough to walk me through my house on the phone just so i wouldnt have to pay for a simple fix. Thanks again!
Jim was fantastic! I called for an appointment and he was able to fit me into his schedule for the next morning. He fixed my issue in no time, and was courteous and professional.
Jim was very friendly, honest, thorough and courteous throughout the process of getting a generator transfer switch installed. Just a few days later I lost power and it made my life a lot easier. I will use again.
