Imagine you are having the worst year of your life. You get ill, your father is hospitalized, your mother has heart surgery, your 55 year old brother suddenly passes away, and your dog has to be put to sleep. Then, you are so depressed that you hire "professionals" to do some work to try to get something uplifting done and life just remains horrible and gets even more stressful. Totally swindled. This company is a complete scam. It’s highly questionable how they have so many 5-star reviews. There are several contractors involved – Joseph, Mike, John, Jonathan, and Daniel – none of whom seem to care about following proper procedures, like getting necessary permits for construction. They lure you in with a very low quote, speak nicely, and act professional at first. However, they asked for more than 50% of the total cost as a deposit before any work began, and gave me an invoice with no clear breakdown of costs or due ... read more
