Called to ask about a car on their lot. Guy that answered the phone was rude and not helpful. I asked if he could gather the details and get back with me. Never called me back. How do you expect to sell the car like that? Also the phone number listed is incorrect and their listed email is undeliverable.

This place is a mess. The lot is completely packed with cars that are all damaged and filthy inside and out. They do say the cars have hail damage — fine — but they don’t mention that the cars are disgusting inside, covered in dirt, with random parts and trash lying all over the lot. No matter what car you check, none of them are ready. Broken headlights, cracked windows, missing parts — and when you ask about it, they just say “We’ll fix it after you buy. It was good that I bought the car here, I initially had doubts but then realized that I made a righteous choice. I was very pleased with everything, the manager Ania helped me with all the documents from the very beginning to the end of the transaction. Ania accompanied and helped, she took care of all the paperwork. When I change or get a new car, I will go to her again. This is the case when you pay and get quality service without worries.
