I have had the pleasure of working with All state air for over a decade for all of our HVAC needs in our home. Recently, due to a flood, we lost our entire HVAC system and it needed to be replaced. We have an older York roof-top heating and cooling unit at our office location in the Bronx. All State has been servicing this unit for many years. This past Christmas vacation during the cold spell the unit became unreliable. All State came a couple of times and performed service but the unit still occasionally malfunctioned.
