I am an avid hiker and in the hiking world we have "Trail Angels" people who out of goodness help hikers with food, water, rides, basically, a wide variety of support. Well Rob Swan, owner of All Stars RV in Littleton, Colorado, his service mgr. Eric and service tech Dillion are "Road Angels"! While traveling to Colorado i lost braking to my towed Jeep. Had a problem with the brake system on my dingy that was installed by another RV center. Took it to All Stars RV and they fit me into their schedule quickly and identified the problem and fixed it properly. The system is working flawlessly now. I will go back to them for future service, now that I know they care about doing things right and have the experience to do so.
All Stars RV serviced our Roadtrek 2002 Popular 190 generator. I had never had it serviced (although I ran it after putting it in storage as well as when I took it out of storage), but it finally quit starting. I took it to All Star and they kept me informed each way of the process, fixed it perfectly, and all at a very reasonable price. Before we took our camper to All Stars RV, I looked at its reviews and they were mostly favorable. But that was not our experience at all. After 11 months, we took our camper to another facility to complete repairs All Stars still had not done. All Stars could or would not schedule our repair. In hindsight, I think it doesn’t have scheduling software (it seems to manage repairs with plastic sleeves full of customer information hung on multiple walls in the office). We bought our Forest River Vibe from All Star right before COVID started. We store it at All Star and have had a couple of things done by them, mostly maintenance. Colton and Rob are great to work with and always have time to explain any questions we have. Glad we have them to rely on.
