Our money was stolen! Poor customer service! We reserved a limo and were told at the time of the reservation that in the event of a cancellation, we would only lose our deposit. We were also told that we would not be charged the remaining amount until the date of service. 4 days before the service date our card was charged the remaining amount of $400. The very next day (so 3 days before date of service) we cancelled our reservation due to COVID-19, as all restaurants were required to close, no public gatherings were allowed... read more

SCAM ALERT - The ‘driver’ will show up late, try to over charge you vs contract price, and then refuse to take you home unless you pay him extra $200. The ‘owner’ Sunny (probably the same guy who gave a review below) is either in on it, or overlooks it. Multiple people have called him and told him about the extortion by the driver, his answer is to do nothing but offer a conference call with the driver.
