Needed hand rails for our curved, steep steps going down to our dock. Unable to find other vendors either able to or willing to do what we wanted at a reasonable price. Jason was able to supply exactly what we wanted and at an appropriate price. He couldn’t have been more responsive. From initial contact to job completion was less than two weeks. I waited longer than that to get quotes from other vendors. I would definitely recommend him for anybody looking for handrails.
Our house has a two step down sunken living room off the kitchen. We love the house but we were uncomfortable with the danger of having step down off the kitchen. Long story short we worked with Jason on several design iterations. He was able to provide CAD drawings that really helped our decision makings. Jason is a dear friend. He has been there for me on many occasions when no one else could help me. For personal reasons as well as business. For example, I needed an emergency repair done on a stainless steel EGR cooler on a diesel engine, and he was able to come out within the hour and make the repair on site. Stainless steel requires specialty materials and processes to weld thoroughly and Jason is equipped with the resources and knowledge to do such repairs.
