I'm not even a customer & I had to review. They pick up in my neighborhood at 3am, making noise, shining their headlights in my windows as I live on a cul-de-sac. How can they even empty the trucks when they are full that early? The dump doesn't open for hours.

Your truck goes way over limit on Beau View Drive in Wendell. Someone is going to get hurt, this is a dead end street with kids and animals. SLOW DOWN

It was the perfect storm...snow storm...I have had very few issues with All Star picking up both our recycling and trash. In all the years I think they have only missed us once and they came promptly to collect when we called. My issue was I coordinated with the town for a removal of a large item(a sofa) because I was getting a new one. I had no wiggle room or any place to put this large item so outside it went but All Star didn't pick up the item...I watched as they drove right by it of course they picked up the trash.
