Somewhat decent. About every 6 weeks they’ll forget my trash can on mondays and just skip it
This company employs combative workers with aggressive tendencies who, I believe, purposely throw yard waste bins around and into the road so customers have to buy their branded replacement bins. They have damaged both my neighbors’ and my bins on multiple occasions, and I often have to retrieve our broken yard waste bins from the middle of the street. I would not recommend this company, and both my neighbor and I have submitted complaints to Garner Public Works.
Terrible company. Very unprofessional. They have not picked up our bin, however they continue to bill us. I asked them to pick it up and that I would be discontinuing the service and they never responded to my messages. Very terrible experience. If you’re thinking about getting a bin from these people, don’t. Get it from ANYWHERE else!
Poor service. They don't pick up grass even i follow their instructions to put on clear plastic bag.
