I only put a star so i could tell everyone how aweful this company is!!! I needed a 5 min ride to work one way and the man on the phone said no and hung up on me. I was appalled how rude he was i didn't even get a chance.
I scheduled this morning for a pick up at 11:30 pm tonight when my flight arrived in the Chicago Airport. They said it would be fine, that I just had to call when I was ready and it would only be 10-15 min. As soon as I got off the plane, I called and they said it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I called again and they said it would be another 10 minutes. I called again when the taxi never showed. I called ahead and reserved a cab to take me to my destination and when i got off the train the cab took off cab number 101 very unsatisfied never using them again
