Ricky and his crew were extremely professional, very neat, and thorough. They explained, in detail, how the system worked and walked me through the automated process. In addition, when I had questions after installation, Ricky was quick to answer and respond. I ran over one of the sprinkler heads, and Ricky came right out to change it for me. Our sprinkler system wiring and pipes were severely damaged during stump grinding. Rickey spent almost two full days diagnosing and completing the repairs to get everything back in working order. Even when things went bad, they never gave up but continued to look for a solution. We are back in business now and our system is better than ever. Thank you Rickey and All Star Sprinkler Systems.
We had Ricky and his crew come fix our sprinkler heads and repair some sprinkler heads wiring and these guys knew exactly what they were doing. They knew their job and wasted no time getting it fixed. Before leaving, they even checked the ones that were working to make sure they didn’t need adjustments. Awesome crew.
