So I walk into “all star sports nw” in the auburn mall. I’m pushing one of those rental kid carts with my 5 year old in it and my 14 year old next to me. I walk in and greet the employee with something along the lines of “hey how’s it going”. He just looks me up and down, put on his mask, and stands up (no words said). There has to be a combination between customer service and security. I am sorry you felt uncomfortable that is something we will work on.

Great selection and super customer service!
I came to the page to find out if they had an item I was looking for. (Angels Hoodie) They did not, which is understandable, but the reason for the review is my message asking about it was answered in under 5 mins. This speaks a lot for their customer service, and I will be going there in the future for other items.
