Very unprofessional. I started the day off in a good mood. A man takes my paper work for a fake "quote" that he was not qualified to do because he only does smogs. Then finally Tonya, the female in the dmv kiosk arrived 20 minutes late, I checked the clock, I came early but she came way way after 8, like 8:15, (probably getting Morning coffee I'm not sure).
