I was verbally attacked today, February 24th 2018 by Robert Bowen who is the storage coordinator at the Penske units and will be filing a complaint against him. I reserved my storage unit well over a month ago and was told by Robert that the lady who was in the unit before me was coming in that week to remove her lock. Fast forward to today.
