Horrible to work with. Asked for Owners name and got hung up on! Run!
Sucks ass. The gate keeps locking people in and no one responds when you call and there is no emergency number.
Good Storage area. Responsive during work hours. Would be nice if they had an after hours number for when the gate goes down on the weekend and you cannot get into your storage unit.
If you plan on renting here READ THE SECTION ON MOVING OUT real good or you will be cheated out of your deposit, I had 3 units, lost the deposits on 2 and am going to move to another facility with my last one as soon as possible, also someone left some stuff right close to one of my units, they blamed me and told me if it was not moved I would be charged for it, YOU SUPPOSEDLY HAVE CAMERAS, TOO LAZY TO FIND THE REAL CULPRIT GUESS, I do NOT recommend this facility
Great people to deal with. I have been very happy as a customer. The staff is great and willing to help with any issues that may occur. Everything is done online which makes it very convenient to rent a unit or just pay your invoice. They maintain a clean secure facility and I feel great knowing my property is safe any hour of the day or night. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks All Star !!!
