This place is a joke to deal with, they only want to text you instead of talking to you over the phone like real human beings! I checked out of my unit via the noke app on 8/31/25, and because of their incompetence of how the app works had no idea I had done so. Now they are charging me for half the months rent when I had no way to access the unit. This place is a joke and I would highly recommend you dont rent from them, there are storage units popping up all over so go somewhere else!

If you plan on renting here READ THE SECTION ON MOVING OUT real good or you will be cheated out of your deposit, I had 3 units, lost the deposits on all 3 apparently and moved to another facility, also someone left some stuff right close to one of my units, they blamed me and told me if it was not moved I would be charged for it, YOU SUPPOSEDLY HAVE CAMERAS, TOO LAZY TO FIND THE REAL CULPRIT GUESS, I do NOT recommend this facility, now they will force put insurance on your units if you don't have another policy, new software... read more
Don’t ever use these people. They didn’t tell me that my stuff was being auctioned. I’m a single mom and I lost every single Christmas ornament they’ve ever made. They could have called me. Not once. Nothing. Never, ever use these people.
Horrible to work with. Asked for Owners name and got hung up on! Run!
