Had a propane leak we couldn't find so contacted All Star. Never gave an exact day or time. Several days later Keith called to say they were on their way, I was working, fortunately my husband could change plans to be there. They found the hose from propane to generator had a split. They ordered hose and replaced days later, again with no communication except the call we made to them to get a status. They were able to come out and fix our RV when no one else could. They are awesome
These guys know RV systems at least they know Fleetwoods. Experienced. on-time. Most of all I find them trustworthy and I'll gladly pay a little more for integrity
