I used to come to San Rafael All Star 2-3 times a year for many years. Then I started to find that each piece of equipment I rented (chipper, log splitter, etc.) either wouldn't start or would break part way into the job. I gave up and began using equipment from Novato All Star, whose equipment has been well maintained and excellent. I made the mistake of recently going back to the SR store to rent a jackhammer, and one of the handles on it fell apart and became unusable ten minutes after starting work.
