Lady in customer service was completely rude told me i need to put down my mom in insurance I told her my mom will put everything under her name ill be going on vacation w her she was making this experience way more complicated than it should be then she hung up on me, stay away from this car rental , I rented out cars many times and never encountered more difficult and rude person
