What a great experience buying a pre-owned car. Ja'Lere was our sales rep. She has great communication skills and is very personable. You can tell she really cares about taking care of the customer. I asked her to take care of an issue with the car I was interested in, and she gladly took care of it promptly and kept me informed. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous as well.
