My 3 year old threw a couple toys down the toilet & unfortunately it got clogged. It was late at night & within 30 minutes, there was Jose at my door. Loved how fast & professional he took care of my issue, loved the dad jokes, reasonable price for a late call. Thanks guys!
Unfortunately, it was disappointing from start to finish. First, the plumber arrived over two hours late with no courtesy call or explanation. When they finally showed up, they seemed rushed and unprepared. They misdiagnosed the problem, which led to unnecessary work and extra charges. DO NOT HIRE All Star Plumbing & Rooter This company is an absolute nightmare. I brought them in to fix a simple leak, and they managed to turn it into a full-blown plumbing disaster. Not only was their work completely shoddy, but it also caused more damage than what I originally called them for. Their so-called "technician" showed up late, reeking of cigarette smoke, and clearly had no clue what he was doing.
