Terrible customer service. I had an appointment, but they never showed up or communicated. I kept following up and waited for 7 hours. They kept saying they were behind, but I had to keep asking.
Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and did excellent work installing our new water heater. They explained everything clearly, completed the job efficiently, and left the area clean. Highly recommend!

We had a plumbing leak and called All Star Plumbing & Rooter. They responded quickly, found the issue, explained the repair clearly, and got everything taken care of professionally. Jose and his team were respectful, clean, and easy to work with. Great experience overall and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in Los Angeles.
Came and replaced a wax ring on the toilet. Also sent a camera down the sewage line for no extra cost. I was able to watch and see the line was clear down to the street.
