1.5 hrs on Sunday, another 1.5 hrs. on Monday to 'snake' an outside pipe for $750..!!!! Now that's a bargain ****** Owner called and didn't charge me and wanted to make it right.
Very Very satisfied
I called Thursday and was told they would come around lunch on Friday. I run a business with my own appointments which i had to cancel to be there for when they arrived. After no one came by 230 i called to see what was going on. He didn’t even put my appointment in the system. As a business owner I understand that people can make mistakes, but the worst part was that he wasn’t apologetic at all and didn’t offer anything, not even a sincere apology. Very courteous service. The plumber was able to provide a temporary fix and when the problem reoccured he came back and attempted to clear the clogged toilet. Fortunately we were able to seek the services of our city water and sewer department and got the situation cleared.
