Would like to say thank to Katherine so much to this All Star physical therapy the Manager here was very nice and very helpful and treat me with dignity and a lot of respect is hard already dealing with pain and she was also helpful and polite getting in the appointment schedule .As soon as possible so can take care of myself. Thank so much and God bless you.

First bad experience its when after I wait very long for my 1st time to see the therapist she cancel my app almost at the time off my appointment with a incredible excuse

After prolonging a complete knee replacement way overdue, I finally pulled the trigger on it at 65 years old. That being said, that operation is actually performed in the morning and barring any complications you are leaving the hospital within a couple hours post surgery. Okay, this is a problem all over Palm Springs, but in particular at a physical therapy place ... no accessible doors? What? It wasn't very easy to get in the place but I managed. Then the name, they answer the phone, "All Star Physical Therapy " but the map shows Forgeon Therapy. The sign on the door reads Elite Physical Therapy. They said they were in transition, but it's been like that for over a year. Once inside, everyone seemed very nice and helpful, but that first impression. Oy!
