I tried reaching out to All star physical therapy several times to voice my concerns directly with them, but they did not answer the phone after 3:30 pm. Today, my son had a physical therapy appointment to work on coordination. One of their therapists crossed the line 3 times. 1. Made comments about my insurance, assuming that since we are covered with Kaiser, that we were covered through MediCal. Josh was super helpful in healing my back pain ! I felt he was attentive and offered a treatment plan that was conducive to my lifestyle and needs . His aide Andrew was super fun and attentive as well . Overall my experience was great with the entire staff ! Highly recommend
